By accessing or using Seller Universe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
Seller Universe provides marketplace growth services, an operator knowledge network, mentorship connections, and related tools for e-commerce sellers. Services include but are not limited to listing optimization, advertising management, coaching calls, and community access.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Credits and Payments
Certain features require platform credits. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits held in escrow for pending message threads will be returned if a thread expires or is declined. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
- Share false or misleading information about your business or revenue
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by Seller Universe or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from our services, coaching calls, or mentor connections.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seller Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
